The weekends fill up.

The evenings get busy.

The days disappear faster than a bag of chips at a pool party.

So here’s a simple question:

This summer, I would like to __________.

Read more?

Stretch?

Pray?

Walk?

Write?

Lift?

Call a friend?

Sit outside and drink your coffee without checking your phone?

Whatever it is, don’t overcomplicate it.

Shrink it to less than 5 minutes.

Then stack it onto something you already do every morning.

After I make my coffee, I will __________.

After I brush my teeth, I will __________.

After I eat breakfast, I will __________.

After I pack my lunch, I will __________.

A few examples:

After I make my coffee, I will read one page.

After I brush my teeth, I will stretch for two minutes.

After I eat breakfast, I will write down one thing I’m grateful for.

After I pack my lunch, I will walk outside and take five deep breaths.

That’s it.

No giant plan.

No perfect routine.

No color-coded calendar that looks like it belongs in NASA headquarters.

Just one small action.

Because it only takes one to start a streak.

Set your target.

Stack the habit.

Start tomorrow morning.

Then let the summer BOOM.
