This week, let’s draw inspiration from the world of professional football and a leader who exemplifies true accountability and character—Dan Campbell, head coach of the Detroit Lions. Coach Campbell has been instrumental in building a top-tier team in Detroit, guiding them to be ranked #1 this year with a strong expectation of reaching the Super Bowl.

Despite their outstanding season, the Lions faced a tough loss to the Washington Commanders last Saturday.
